Forgot Password

User can select the “Forgot Password?” link (Figure 8) on the DAISEY login page at https://daisey.cete.us if they have forgotten their password or need to reset their password.

The “Forgot Password?” screen only requires the user’s username and email address, which are the same in DAISEY. Both are case sensitive and need to match.

A temporary password will be sent to the user’s email address. Passwords are case sensitive.
