Reactivating an Inactive Account
DAISEY accounts are automatically inactivated after six months of inactivity. Each switch access point has its own timer, so users with switch access may be inactivated more frequently if they do not log into each organization on a regular basis. If a DAISEY account has been inactivated by the system, users will see the following notice:
Users will need to reach out to DAISEY Support at daisey.kcctf@ku.edu to have their account reactivated.
Please note: if the account was manually deactivated per the DAISEY Primary Contact’s request, DAISEY Support will request the contact’s approval before reactivating.
