Adding Environment Activities

To add an environment activity:

  1. Click Environment Data in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click Search Environment Data.
  3. Locate the environment profile to add form data to.
  4. Click the environment ID.
  5. Click the name of the activity form to add from the list of Forms Available for Environment Activities.
  6. A blank form will appear.
  7. Fill in all collected data.
  8. Click Save to save data as “in progress” (i.e. incomplete); OR Click Submit if the information is correct and ready to be fully submitted.
Note: Submitted forms cannot be edited and must first be reverted to “in progress.”

The new form will now appear in Environment Activities.
